GHTTC November 2014 Open (☆☆)

GHTTC November 2014 Open at YMCA Youth and Family Center. Greater Hartford Table Tennis Club sanctioned tournament to be held on November 2nd 2014 at Wilson-Gray YMCA Youth and Family Center, 444 Albany Ave, Hartford, CT . At GHTTC we strive to provide fun and exciting atmosphere for all our events and sessions. Wilson-Gray YMCA Youth and Family Center facility offers great opportunities for successful tournament execution. Facility is located less than a mile from a highway exit and has the following amenities:

  • Locker rooms
  • Bathrooms
  • Double size gym court with wood floor
  • High ceilings
  • Ample lighting
  • Heating and AC
Our web based tournament software allows to process and post results on our web site as tournament progresses. Online tournament registration (www.hartfordtt.com) is a breeze. Your confirmation will be sent to your email address as well as printed on your printer. Players have an option to pay right away using PayPal or mail printed copy with the payment. Come on down and enjoy the exhilarating pleasures of table tennis sport.

Policies:
  • Tournament management may modify, combine, or cancel events based on the number of entries.
  • Round robin group sizes are determined on an event-by-event basis based on a number of factors (with the main determinant being the number of participants).
  • All USA Table Tennis rules and regulations apply.
  • Wear dark, solid colored shirts, tennis shoes or sneakers.
  • Players not registered within 10 minutes after starting time of the event may be defaulted from that event and without refund of entry fee.
  • If a rating event is canceled or has reached its limit, player(s) will automatically be placed in the next higher event.
  • All events are best 3 out of 5 games, round robin followed by single elimination. Open Semi and Finals will be 4 out of 7 games
  • All unrated players participating in a USATT rated event will be given an estimated rating for seeding purposes. Unrated players will not advance out of a rated - round robin event to crossover competition or win prizes. Unrated players can advance in open; age and other unrated events.
  • All entries must include full payment in order to be included in the draw(s).
  • No player shall be allowed to participate in two events that start at the same time.
  • All players must be USATT members. Please bring your USATT membership card or receipt. Non-members must join USATT at the tournament. Junior players must be under age of 18 as of the tournament date.

From I-95N-91N towards Hartford/Springfield. Take exit 32B on the left to onto Trumbull St.Turn right onto Main St. Continue on Albany Ave. Destination will be on right.
From I-95-I-90 Mass Pike. Continue to I-90 W. Take exit 9 to merge onto I-84W towardsUS-20/Hartford/New York City. Take exit 50 to merge onto US44W/Morgan St toward I-91S/Main St.Slight right onto Main St. Continue on Albany Ave. Destination will be on right.
